[The pokegear is on the floor, and it takes a few moments to come into focus. When it does, one can probably see the bottom of a table, as well as a couch. There's some sounds off to the side, Ka-chings and the like. But the main focus of the video is on Ted the Totodile, and a Treecko sitting beside him. Ted seems to be explaining something to the new pokemon, which is what hatched from the egg that Barney got for Christmas.]

[The conversation seems to be about blogging and how to blog. Ted is trying to convince the Treecko to give it a shot. Treecko looks a little nervous, then gives a wave and introduces himself. Anything further gets cut off as]

Alright! Another win! Ted, Marshall, one more round and then we are eating well tonight! It's gonna be legendary!

[Barney looks like he's going back to the game, but then he notices the pokegear. He picks it up.]

Man, Goldenrod City is more awesome than I thought! They even have a casino here! It's so cool.

Really? Well, we'll have to fix that to. A full deck means that it has 52 cards. So in Poker you use all the cards.

_{[Iris' Growlithe, excitable little puppy his is pops out of his Pokeball and barks a greeting to the other Pokemon.]

52 cards? That's quite a lot! Why do you need so many?

Well, with the deck you have four suits: hearts, diamonds, clubs and spades. Each suit has thirteen cards, and that's how it's set up. I don't really know why it's like that though. There's a lot of variety for games though.

_{[Ronald bounds on over, and puts his paw in Marshall's hand rather enthusiastically. His rapidly wagging tail and a toothy grin is his greeting to Ted.]}

Yup, you got it. They're mostly used for matching, so if you get a hand that's all one suit, it's called a flush, and that's a good thing.

_{[For sure. Ronald proceeds to chill with the bros, wagging his tail all the while.]}

_{[Iris gives Barney a huge smile, excited to have remembered them all.]} A flush. ...Just how do I get a "flush"?

[Taking the deck, he shuffles it for a bit, complete with a few tricks, and then deals out 5 cards]

[She eyes the cards she's been given and gives Barney a very confused look.] Five cards? But...I thought we used all the cards in this game!

Well, yeah, you do, but you can't use all the cards at one time. So you're given a hand, which is usually five cards.
